Adventure Travelers: We are planning a group safari to South Africa this coming September. My South African colleague and friend Peter Mills, a conservation officer with the Gauteng (formerly Transvaal) Provisional Government, will be leading this tour. In summary, we will be spending a week in Kruger National Park and a week in the wet-lands of Kwazulu-Natal. In addition to spectacular macro-fauna, the areas we plan to visit are particularly high in avian species diversity. This trip will be especially appealing to birders, as we plan to make frequent stops for good ticks . Comfortable accommodations in cabins and lodges will be offered and this package also includes food and beverages for a land price of only $2,400!!!
