  Dear Sir/Madam   WAYN Focus: West Africa Youth Network Monthly Newsletter –April 2006 Edition   I bring you peace and greetings from the office of the Regional Secretariat of the West African Youth Network _base_d in Freetown, Sierra Leone and on behalf of all the thirteen (13) focal point member countries within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)   The West African Youth Network (WAYN) is a regional youth empowerment organization established by young people from West Africa in March 2001.  WAYN seeks to serve as an advocacy mechanism and Public Policy Voice for the cause of young people in West Africa as well as to empower young people to get involve in practical projects geared toward peace building, human rights, conflict resolution, good governance and HIV/AIDS Prevention.   West Africa Youth Network is pleased to send you our edition of the WAYN FOCUS which is a monthly online newsletter publication on the activities of the West Africa Youth Network through its focal points and working partners.    The July edition includes WAYN AND AMNESTY NL Conduct Camping On Violence against Women      WAYN Director Selected As Rotary Fellow To Attend Program In Thailand      Liberian Vice President Lauds WAYN      WAYN Clarifies Award Ceremony   <!
